Setting up payment

We never ask for bank details on this form. Once we receive it, GoCardless, our Direct Debit provider, emails you a secure link to set up your mandate. Your first payment and first delivery follow once the mandate is confirmed.

Terms

The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Give us 30 days written notice by email to cancel and we will stop the next collection and delivery once that notice period ends. We will give you 30 days written notice of any price change before it takes effect. Contact the clinic directly if a delivery does not arrive or a payment looks wrong.
